Yoga/Meditation

Meditation at Hikari dojo provides students the opportunity to relax deeply into the source of their being, expand their understanding of themselves, quiet busy minds, and connect more deeply to spirit. Spiritual practices support meditation. At Hikari Dojo students are taught the use of postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayam), the use of sacred sound ( mantras, and kotodama), to support and deepen the practice of meditation.
